TMA members see results with the new TMA Talent Network: a web-based, digital solution with the latest in recruiting and applicant tracking technology. The network includes TMA’s powerful new Job Board, which gathers open jobs from member companies, custom-branded Career Pages for member companies, and a resume bank. Because of the broad visibility job postings now get on internet job boards, members see more candidates interested in their open positions.

Steve Kase, TMA Chairman noted, “I’m impressed with how this technology will save our company hours of back office administration and improve the quality of our hiring process.”

“The Career Page is a really robust system, but it’s also very user-friendly,” says Matt Bills, the Chatfield Group’s technical expert. “We go out to member companies to activate their Career Pages and provide them with user training.
