TMA members see results with the new TMA Talent Network: a web-based, digital solution with the latest in recruiting and applicant tracking technology. The network includes TMA’s powerful new Job Board, which gathers open jobs from member companies, custom-branded Career Pages for member companies, and a resume bank. Because of the broad visibility job postings now get on internet job boards, members see more candidates interested in their open positions.
